The crew provides the view of live blow holes and massive aquatic mammal creatures. It is the most satisfactory Whale Watching Company giving you the most glamorous and surprisingly live views of whales in Sri Lanka. When you are with Mirissa whale warriors, you can see Blue whales, Bryde´s whales, Sperm whales, Fin whales, sometimes Killer whales, Common dolphins and turtles in the water.
Whale and dolphin watching
Whale and dolphin watching season starts in November and April ends. The ocean is warm and calm during these months. During May - October whales can be spotted and the ocean can be rough. Although you can contact us during the off season too. We Leave from Mirissa harbor at 7:00 o´clock in the morning. You should be punctual. The duration of the tour is 3-5 hours. No permissions will be given for diving and take photographs with dolphins.

The team was incredibly attentive, serving breakfast, water, fresh fruits and juices through out the most peaceful sea ride. We saw a lot of dolphins at first but no whales. With captain's persistence and dedication, we disconnected from the rest of the whale watching boats and ran into deep sea, for far longer then other boats, when we finally got to see majestic blue whales. It's a wonderful trip. Captain is so nice and staffs serve very warmfully. It's a lucky day for us. We see a group of dolphins and a blue whale. The captain let us see the whale several times and longer than other boat. It's a good trip for us.

Had the good fortune and luck of going whale watching with Duminda and the Whale warriors team. My AIRBNB Host suggested me this company and initially i thought it was a mistake as our boat was one of the last ones to leave thanks to a delayed group of chinese tourist who were booked on with us but once we started we had the best and closest sightings from all the boats cumulatively put together and that was all thanks to the captain who also owns the boat.
